Orrin Gallop Joins Bravado Engineering

Bravado Engineering Corporation is proud to announce the appointment of Orrin Gallop as our new Director of Business Development. Orrin is an exciting addition to Bravado’s leadership team, bringing a distinguished record of service, leadership, and strategic vision.

Orrin joins Bravado Engineering following more than 30 years of dedicated service with the Hampton, Virginia Police Division, where he retired after serving as both Interim Chief of Police and Deputy Chief of Police. In addition to his law enforcement career, Orrin is a proud veteran of the United States Navy and Naval Reserves, where he served our nation with honor until his retirement.

Throughout his career, Orrin has gained extensive experience across Uniformed Patrol, Investigations, and Professional Standards, developing a deep understanding of public safety operations, organizational leadership, and community engagement. His proven ability to lead teams, build partnerships, and drive mission-focused initiatives will be invaluable as Bravado Engineering continues to grow and expand its impact.

As we move into our next chapter, Orrin’s wealth of experience in public safety and law enforcement will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the company’s long-term strategic goals.
